You are responsible for all tasks in nursing and care and competently manage the most diverse everyday situations with your modern understanding of nursing. You gladly pass on your knowledge and experience to employees and learners. You help shape and implement the entire nursing process. You maintain a professional and empathetic approach to relatives and trusted persons.
- Education at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS) or secondary level (FaGe, FaBe, DNI, FASRK, elderly care worker, home care worker, etc.)
