About the job

• You can specifically contribute your expertise and experience and actively support us in improving the processes on the ward
• You help implement our ward concept and continuously develop it with us
• Together with your interprofessional treatment team, you contribute to stabilizing the patients and thus to a better quality of life
• You ensure that patients receive comprehensive, person-centered care even at night and that our quality standards are carefully observed

• You are a certified health specialist EFZ
• You have experience in psychiatry or experience in somatics with an interest in psychiatry
• Ideally, you bring professional experience in caring for elderly people
• You are enthusiastic about interprofessional collaboration and complex psychiatric issues
• You enjoy working with people in acute crisis situations

The Psychiatric Center Münsingen (BE) is one of the largest psychiatric clinics in Switzerland. Every year, we treat over 3100 patients.
