For our Special Foundations department, we are looking for you as our new Construction Manager Special Foundation Engineering (m/f/d) 80-100%. Your future place of employment will be in Opfikon. Your place of assignment will be the entire German-speaking part of Switzerland.

What you will drive

• Construction management of larger and complex construction sites
• AVOR, resource planning and deployment
• Personnel management (foremen & GWP)
• Coordination of various trades or crafts
• Preparation and enforcement of supplementary offers
• Monitoring of contract management
• Implementation of project controlling

Why you will succeed

• Professional experience as a construction manager, preferably in special foundation engineering
• Leadership experience
• Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel), SAP/R3 is an advantage
• A flair for numbers, interconnected thinking, analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Precise working method, resilient, team- and customer-oriented
