As a Product Owner, you take responsibility for several digital products of BLT. You act as the interface between internal stakeholders and external development partners, coordinate requirements, and ensure that our digital solutions (platforms and apps) are purposefully and reliably further developed.

Your tasks

• Collecting and prioritizing requirements with close involvement of internal stakeholders
• Developing solution concepts in direct coordination with development partners
• Defining and maintaining product backlogs
• Developing and maintaining roadmaps together with external development partners
• Responsibility for timely implementation and delivery of releases
• Acceptance of results and handover to stakeholders
• Continuous development and optimization of the products

Your profile

• Completed studies in (business) informatics, business administration, or comparable education
• Experience in product ownership or product management, ideally in a software environment
• Confident handling of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Structured way of working
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate internal and external partners
• Enjoyment of digital solutions and affinity for new technologies
