- Ensuring concrete quality for in-house production control
- Receiving customer orders by phone and coordinating timely deliveries
- Independently organizing external transport vehicles and independently scheduling delivery times
- Coordinating and performing ongoing maintenance and cleaning work as well as regular inspections
- Advising customers on concrete technology questions

- Completed vocational or technical training (e.g., mason foreman, mechanic, locksmith, etc.)
- Willingness to gain in-depth knowledge of concrete and to continue education in concrete technology
- Good MS Office user skills and enjoyment of digital tools
- Very good German skills and good French skills
- Flexible, responsible, and customer-oriented personality
- Driver's license category B, forklift license is an advantage
