What to expect
You are involved in the realization of architecturally demanding construction projects and contribute to the successful implementation of diverse uses with the following tasks:

Preparation of tender and construction programs
Preparation of specifications for private and public buildings
Ensuring local site management
Quality, invoice, and cost control
Management of the commissioning of objects
Assistance with final accounting
Coordination of warranty work

What we expect from you

Completed basic and specialized training in construction (certified construction manager HF or technician TS)
Several years of professional experience in site management and/or cost estimation is an advantage
Enthusiasm for exciting projects and motivation to actively participate
Networked and structured thinking, appropriate expression, teamwork, sense of responsibility, and assertiveness
Confident handling of MS Office, ideally also Messerli or REALVIEW knowledge
