Managing Director (m/f/d) Full-time (80-100%)
As a committed host, you offer - together with your team - our customers a unique and goal-oriented training experience. In your role as Managing Director, you further develop the location and the team, setting new standards.
These tasks await you:
- Ensuring the implementation of standards within the studio
Leading a team of about eight employees
Developing and achieving qualitative and quantitative goals
Managing and controlling monthly sales and key figures
Early recognition and taking corrective actions in case of plan deviations
Participation in and implementation of local marketing measures
Recruitment and development of employees
You bring with you:
- Experience as Managing Director, Deputy Managing Director, or Operations Manager in a Kieser
Training studio
Complete Kieser Training Instructor and LE/CE training
At least two years of professional experience as a Kieser Training Instructor
You gladly take responsibility, including for the work results of your
team members
You are decisive, assertive, and responsible.
You are an empathetic and strong communicator
