About the job

The beautifully located Hochweid Retirement Center in Kilchberg includes a retirement and nursing home with space for around 48 residents as well as a care living group with 10 places for people with dementia. The focus of our work is on palliative care and dementia care. Our center also includes a retirement settlement with 53 retirement apartments as well as 5 additional retirement apartments in the Conradstift at Dorfstrasse 80/82.

To review existing structures and processes and to align the retirement center with future challenges, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated and skilled personality to support the expert group as
