• Projects from A to Z: You have the ambition and ability to drive projects from concept development to successful handover to the customer.

• Diverse tasks: You plan and implement projects in the field of energy technology in close cooperation with internal and external experts, suppliers, and customers.
• Clear communication: You create precise sketches, diagrams, and lists as a basis for exchange.
• Future-proof systems: Your well-founded exchange with manufacturers and suppliers enables the efficient and sustainable use of modern equipment.
• Technical focus areas: Your interest is particularly in heating and cooling technology including their distribution as well as energy centers. Later, the focus areas can be expanded to small hydropower plants, biogas, and solar technology.

• Solid education: You have a completed degree as an engineer (ETH/FH) in the field of energy technology or a comparable qualification.
• Solution-oriented thinking: You are a doer who keeps an overview even in challenging situations.
• Initiative: You are characterized by independent, reliable, and precise work. You are able to find and process answers independently.
• Critical thinking: You also question the tasks to possibly achieve the project goals more efficiently.
• Strong communication skills: You enjoy contact with customers and colleagues at various locations. You ask targeted questions, preferably once too often than too little.
