Team Leader HVAC with Focus on Workspace and Life Sciences (m/f/d)

Your role:

As a team leader, you take on the personnel management and development of your team. You motivate your employees to try new things, learn from each other, and realize their full potential. At the same time, you lead demanding renovation and new construction projects yourself. In addition, you support the site manager in the acquisition process, maintain a strong professional network, and actively engage in professional associations.

What you bring:

• Education: Completed engineering degree at a university of applied sciences or certified building technician HF with a focus on HVAC.

• Experience: At least 7 years of experience in HVAC planning and project management (preferably in the Life Sciences and Workspace sectors) as well as initial leadership experience.

• Personality: You are communicative, team-oriented, and quality-conscious. Challenges motivate you, and you face them with a positive mindset. You enjoy developing people and the company further.

• Languages: Very good German spoken and written, good English skills for the international project environment.
