For our location in Pratteln, we are looking for a committed, reliable, and responsible person to strengthen our team as soon as possible. In the area of engineering and qualification, you will take on the responsibility as project manager and project engineer. You will work with the client to establish the necessary conditions for the procurement of systems and act as the SPoC for various departments such as automation, operations, qualification, HSE, and other areas.Project Manager / Engineer (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility:
- You are the contact person for all engineering and qualification projects at Pharmatronic, working closely with other internal departments
- You take on project management, coordination, and monitoring of various projects
- You advise our clients in the area of engineering and qualification and lead meetings
- You develop project processes and evaluate project risks
- You assist in the creation of URS (User Requirements Specifications) and functional specifications and other trades that serve as interfaces to the system or equipment
- You prepare offers in collaboration with sales and management and tenders
- You evaluate offers and place orders
- You create Q-documents and Q-plans
- You provide technical support for sales during on-site presentations for your area
- You provide technical support for our clients
Our requirements:
- You have completed training as an engineer or technician in the fields of electrical engineering, automation, mechanical engineering, or other related professions
- You have experience as a project manager and project engineer in production, packaging, media, energy, HVAC, clean rooms, and automation, which is an advantage
- You can demonstrate pharmaceutical experience to ensure compliance with GxP guidelines in projects
- You are proficient in MS Office
- You have very good communication skills in German and English
- You are team-oriented, reliable, independent, meticulous, and flexible
