About the job

With around 190 employees, we run the innovative senior center „Im Brüel“ with 126 residential and care places for people in their 3rd and 4th phases of life.

For our residential dining area, we are looking for immediate start:

Your main task

• Care and support of residents in everyday life, including assistance with activities, walks, appointments, and challenging situations
• Participation in meal service: taking orders, setting tables, serving meals, clearing, and complying with hygiene regulations
• Performing simple nursing tasks under guidance as well as participating in preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic measures
• Close cooperation with nursing, kitchen, and service
• Careful and economical handling of materials and resources

Your profile

• Completed training as FaGe, AGS, or SRK
• High social competence, sense of responsibility, communication skills, flexibility, and resilience
• Appreciative attitude, motivation, and esprit
• Openness to the unexpected, creativity, and team spirit
