To strengthen our social assistance department, we are looking for a team-oriented, resilient, and proactive personality as of July 1, 2026, or by agreement.

Your area of responsibility

• Clarifying the financial and social situation of clients

(in the intake process and case management)

• Submitting applications to the social assistance authority within the framework of legal provisions

• Ensuring subsidiary benefits

• Accompanying and advising clients within the framework of non-material social assistance

• Handling the administrative tasks arising in this context

• Providing information, assistance, support, and advice on all issues

Your profile

• Completed training in social work (HFS, FH)

• Further training in social assistance or social insurance law as well as in communication skills is an advantage

• Competence in psychosocial and solution-oriented counseling

• Fluency in oral and written expression

• Solution-oriented work, planning and organizational skills

• Negotiation skills and assertiveness, social understanding

• Good IT skills
