Short Description
The Group Corporate Services (GCS) division provides a wide range of services to the Group’s internal and external clients. It manages the buildings and facilities at the Group’s headquarters in Geneva, as well as its subsidiaries, branches, and offices in Switzerland and abroad.
The Finance function of the division is looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Finance.
Your team
As Head of Finance for the Division, you will lead and manage the dedicated Finance unit. Your mission is to foster an efficient and transparent financial framework that supports strategic decision-making. You will work closely with other departments to drive continuous improvement and help the Division achieve its ambitions.
Your role
- Lead a team responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management accounting, cost control and reporting.
- Produce and analyse financial data and KPIs to optimise resource allocation and support executive decision-making.
- Conduct rigorous financial analysis to drive cost optimisation.
- Set priorities and play an active role in the financial strategy and decision-making processes of GCS.
- Provide financial support for major projects led by the Division.
- Oversee and manage, in collaboration with the Group Sustainability Office, the carbon accounting process to support the Group’s sustainability objectives.
- Relay, coordinate and implement Group Finance guidelines and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with Group policies and local regulations.
Your profile
- Master’s degree or equivalent.
- 7 to 10 years’ experience in a finance function, preferably within a financial services company or the real estate sector.
- Previous experience managing a team.
- Qualified chartered accountant or similar financial certification is a plus.
- Prior experience in real estate management within an international group and/or experience in the facility management sector is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of management accounting principles.
- Proven leadership and senior stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent command of French and English.
- Must be resident in Switzerland.
