Building Services Planner: Heating 80% - 100%

Area of Responsibility

You are responsible for the successful technical execution of your projects in the segments «Commercial Office Buildings», «Residential Buildings», «Industry» as well as «Services» and have an overview of costs, quality, and deadlines. You accompany your assigned planner team in the respective partial tasks of the projects and are the competent contact person for our clients and partners.

Your main tasks are:

• Creation of building services models and heating schemes
• Independently prepare heating submissions
• Assist project managers in project execution according to SIA 108, from preliminary project to handover
• Plan small / medium-sized projects independently, with support from the team leader

What you bring:

• A completed apprenticeship as a building services planner. Several years of professional experience are important, as well as a strong team spirit and good CAD skills. You enjoy working independently on your tasks and continuously develop yourself with new challenges. Experience in spatial coordination is an advantage. However, we are also happy to take you on our path and share our experiences with you.
