Your Tasks
- Support of the facility manager regarding all requirements of the facility
- Carrying out administrative tasks including reporting
- Cash management, administration of the activity fund (budgeting)
- Preparation of the duty roster for approval and billing
- Participation in the further development of concepts
- Moderation of team meetings
- Contact management with external institutions and authorities
- Assistance in the preparation of documentation and individual overall planning
Your Profile
- A qualification within integration assistance
- An appreciative attitude as well as a resident-oriented approach to work
- Experience in dealing with people with severe mental disabilities
- Creativity, teamwork, flexibility, and commitment
