YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Responsibility for the successful processing of spare parts orders, from calculation to quotation to delivery and invoicing• Active support of existing customers in the assigned regions, including needs analysis and on-site presentation
• Technical clarifications with internal and external parties
• Monitoring of internal and external delivery dates
• Close collaboration with engineering, purchasing, and logistics
• Active participation in continuous improvement processes

YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• Technical basic training with commercial further education or commercial training with professional experience in a technical environment, preferably in mechanical or vehicle engineering
• Experience in a comparable function in an industrial environment
• Negotiation-level English in spoken and written form (at least B1 certificate required), additional language skills are an advantage
• Target-oriented and structured working style, as well as negotiation skills and sales flair
• Solid knowledge of SAP
• Very good Office skills, especially Excel
