The vision of the visoparents foundation is a society in which every person can live equally with their individual abilities and strengths.
Among other offerings, the visoparents foundation runs the special school IFA (Intensive Support Autism Cycle 1) for children on the autism spectrum. By attending our school, the students get the chance for further education in an integrated regular or special school setting. Currently, we offer 12 school places in this program.
To complete our team, we are looking for you from January 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
These are your tasks
- You are responsible for teaching together with the class teacher.
- You take over the educational support and upbringing of the assigned students.
- You supervise the students during catch-up times.
- You take on nursing tasks and guidance in practical life areas.
- You support the preparation of the school day.
- You participate in subject-specific and interdisciplinary meetings.
What you bring with you
- You have a completed education in school special education recognized by the EDK or are currently in training, or you have a BSc in social pedagogy with an interest in studying school special education.
- You have an interest in working with students on the autism spectrum.
- You have an open, non-judgmental, and respectful attitude.
- You are a resilient, team-oriented, and flexible personality.
