You value the exchange with your colleagues and promote teamwork among each other. You lead your team competently and motivate the crew in their daily work by showing great commitment yourself. You bring the following qualifications:
- Very good German skills, spoken and written
- IT affinity
- Completed EFZ (gastronomy or other)
- Or Matura (also as a gap year before studies)

Area of Responsibility
As a shift supervisor, you are the hub between our guests, your colleagues, and the management team. Your tasks include:
• the successful organization and leadership of an entire work shift;
• ensuring a safe environment for our guests and employees;
• compliance with our high standards for quality, service, cleanliness, and hygiene in everyday restaurant operations.
• supporting the restaurant team even in hectic situations: in the kitchen, behind the counter, or in the restaurant – wherever you are needed most.
