Your main responsibilities include

Leadership, organization, and further development of the occupational safety and workwear areas
Deployment and capacity planning for field service, inspection personnel, and internal service
Professional support of our sales team and our customers in the area of occupational safety
Development of sales and marketing ideas in the occupational safety area as well as recognizing market trends
Responsibility for standard- and legally compliant material and PPE inspections
Acquisition in the area of material testing, further development of the testing offer, and training of internal inspectors
Responsibility for projects in the area of professional and work clothing
Optimization of processes and close cooperation with sales, marketing, and product management
Organization and implementation of internal and external training sessions

Your profile

You have completed commercial or technical basic training
You bring several years of professional experience in the field of occupational safety, have further training especially in the area of PPE, and are very familiar with the subject as a user
As an experienced and enthusiastic leader, you create the foundation to motivate and further develop your employees with clear goals
Very good oral and written German skills are required, and knowledge of French and Italian is a great advantage
Confident handling of MS Office programs is also an advantage, as is experience with ERP systems
You convince through your organizational talent as well as your structured working and thinking style
As a communicative, customer-oriented, and strong negotiator, you enjoy working with people and are a competent contact person for both employees and customers
