What is the role about?

You record after-sales orders in SAP, systematically analyze devices, and carry out repairs and modifications. In addition, you ensure high quality before delivery through final inspections and close coordination with internal departments.

What tasks will you take on?

• You record after-sales orders in a structured manner in SAP and ensure efficient order processing.
• You check delivered devices for data compliance and functionality and create reliable backups of customer data.
• You perform systematic error analyses and identify causes thoroughly and purposefully.
• You carry out modifications, repairs, as well as initial analysis for investigation orders and coordinate these closely with development and the Technical Complaint Team.
• You are responsible for the final inspection and the final order check and ensure quality before delivery.

What do we expect from you? 

• You have completed technical vocational training (e.g., electronics technician EFZ, automation technician EFZ, or polymechanic with electrotechnical knowledge) or a comparable qualification.
• Ideally, you have initial experience with flow measurement devices or several years of practice in a technical environment.
• You have a good command of German, both spoken and written, and possess good English skills.
• You work reliably, independently, and flexibly and convince with an analytical mindset.
• You are team-oriented and bring development potential.
