Wound Specialist (80-100%)
What awaits you:
- You work day shifts from Monday to Friday
- As a wound specialist, you are responsible for self-organized, competent, and resource-oriented basic and treatment care of our clients in the area of wounds
- You are the contact person for wound-related questions and work in exchange with other wound specialists
- You take case responsibility for a certain number of clients in the area of wounds, including planning, management, and monitoring of the care process
- You maintain interdisciplinary collaboration with relatives, doctors, and other services
What you bring:
- Completed training as a certified nursing professional HF
- Further training as a wound specialist
- Several years of professional experience and broad expertise
- An independent, responsible way of working
- Openness, flexibility, and empathy
- Willingness to travel by car
