- You ensure needs-based nursing care of patients in your area of responsibility and promote nursing according to current standards and guidelines

Your profile

- You convince with an open attitude towards change processes, the ability to motivate, assertiveness, initiative, and independent, solution-oriented action
- You possess high communication and conflict skills, reliability, as well as experience in interdisciplinary collaboration
