Baker / Pastry Chef (m/f/d), Summer Season, June - September 2026
Main Responsibilities
- Ensuring exceptional service and embodying our values: authenticity, precision, and attention to detail
- Contributing to a passionate and dedicated team to create unforgettable experiences for our guests
- Responsibility for smooth operations in your area of expertise and adherence to the highest quality standards
- Producing high-quality, traditional, and creative bakery products for the extensive range of breakfast, lunch, and dinner service
- Creating new bakery products, pastries, and room amenities for arriving guests
- Accurately implementing recipes and guidelines
- Complying with hygiene and sustainability standards
- Supporting the pâtisserie station
- Actively contributing to the reduction of food waste
Your Profile
- Passion for luxury hospitality and the ambition to deliver top performance in all areas
- Completed apprenticeship as a confectioner/pastry chef EFZ, baker EFZ with a focus on pâtisserie, or an equivalent three-year training in gastronomy
- Initial professional experience in the pâtisserie of a professional kitchen, preferably in the upscale segment
- Carefulness and precision in work as well as a keen eye for details
- Strong interest in classic pâtisserie techniques as well as innovative dessert and pâtisserie concepts
- Teamwork skills, resilience, and flexibility
- Very good English skills as the company language
- Enjoyment of working in a dynamic, demanding environment
