Your Tasks
- Your responsibilities include, among other things, the further development of internal integrated communication (including the introduction of a social intranet). In doing so, you implement the communication strategy operationally and ensure clear, timely, and stage-appropriate communication across all channels.
- You bear the main responsibility for media work and operationally manage media and crisis communication. You are responsible for coordinating media inquiries as well as developing and placing media stories.
- You further expand the influence of media work, closely follow media discourses, and are also responsible for maintaining the existing media network.
- You are responsible for writing press releases and support additional communication concerns (public relations, newsletters, referral management, etc.).
- As a sparring partner for various communication concerns, you are conceptually and executively involved in strategic projects of the company.
- You create editorial content formats for various internal and external stakeholders.
Your Profile
- Completed further training or studies in the field of marketing communication and media work. Solid professional experience in corporate communication of complex organizations with experience in the healthcare sector.
- You have a pronounced interest in topics of the healthcare industry and are motivated to actively develop the area of corporate communication. Furthermore, you bring very good knowledge of the media landscape (ideally Central Switzerland).
- Your editorial skills are highly developed.
- You are a strong-willed personality who likes to take on responsibility, acts proactively and flexibly, and keeps a cool head even in demanding situations.
- An analytical, quick-thinking, and precise working style characterizes you.
- You are a team player and appreciate working in an open and motivated team in a dynamic environment – embedded in the tension between politics, economy, and public.
