Lean Management Specialist

Your tasks
- Further development of the Lean Management philosophy and conveying principles, methods, and problem-solving techniques
- Consulting and coaching, support in change management
- Organization and execution of Lean Management workshops and training
- Implementation of improvement projects
- Further development of Lean Management across all Brändi areas
- Preparation of documents and reports
Your profile
- Experience in Lean Management, preferably with qualification (Green/Black Belt, CAS)
- Knowledge of Lean methods with practical experience
- Proficient PC skills and moderation abilities
- Creativity in visual management and problem solving
- Teamwork and independent working
- Enjoyment in working with diverse people
- Communication and coordination skills
- Motivation and enthusiasm for change processes
