Are you ready to build knowledge about grey energy for the city of Lucerne? We look forward to a specialist who will initiate the transformation process with us.
Your tasks
- You establish a new focus topic for the city of Lucerne and ensure that the latest findings from practice and research flow into your work
- You are motivated to contribute to the city of Lucerne becoming a role model with its own construction projects and to incorporate this knowledge into the advice for private developers
- You advise builders and architectural offices on their project developments and are the central contact person for the topic of grey energy in building construction for private and municipal construction projects.
- You work interdisciplinarily with various specialist departments of the city of Lucerne
- You lead the transformation process towards the economical use of grey energy in Lucerne.
- You build knowledge in the city about grey energy, continuing construction, life cycle assessment, and energy balancing and network with external knowledge carriers.
- You develop a municipal funding program financed through the energy fund.
- You lead the research and calculations on possible regulations in the BZO.
- You develop a target group-oriented communication and awareness concept and lead its implementation (including the announcement of an award).
- You build a network in the Lucerne construction industry to spread knowledge, promote cooperation regarding building components and housing reshuffles. You network beyond the city and canton borders to learn from new projects and legal implementations.
- You define which data must be collected to dimension future regulations and to check the effectiveness of measures.
- You coordinate the awarding of external contracts in partial areas and work closely with external partners.
- You work closely with the municipal departments of environmental protection, real estate, and urban planning.
Your profile
- You care about the sustainable urban development of the city of Lucerne.
- You have a university or university of applied sciences degree in architecture – and/or urban planning with additional knowledge or training in environmental sciences or a comparable field.
- You have experience and/or further training in climate-friendly construction, energy balancing, and/or construction processes.
- You have experience in interdisciplinary planning processes.
- You are eager to be part of a newly established specialist department and help shape it.
- You have experience in project management, transformation processes, and/or stakeholder networking/communication.
- You work in a structured and independent manner, demonstrate high communication and social skills, and enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration.
- You think analytically and strategically and can prepare complex content in an understandable and target group-appropriate manner.
- You have good organizational skills and a confident command of German in spoken and written form.
