We are looking for an immediate or agreed start for a

Technical All-Rounder 80–100 %
in our Assembly Department

You enjoy working with your hands, have a good feel for materials and tools, and take pleasure in everything fitting perfectly in the end. You work carefully, like to get stuck in, and do not lose track even with varied tasks.

As a Technical All-Rounder, you are an important part of our assembly. You take on diverse tasks, from manual production through assembly and packaging to the high-quality finishing of our products.

Your craftsmanship is in demand. At the same time, you work in an environment where people with assistance needs are part of our daily work life. You contribute your expertise, take responsibility, and help ensure our products are produced reliably and to a high standard.

Your tasks

• Together with a colleague, you carefully hand-wrap exclusive garden chairs with high-quality cord material.
• You prepare components for efficient production and ensure a clean and high-quality finish.
• You assemble various assemblies and package different parts.
• You ensure your work meets our high-quality standards and is ready on time.
• You work independently and reliably according to our production standards and support the team where your assistance is needed.
• If required, you assist with order organisation and monitoring.
• You contribute your ideas and practical know-how and help continuously improve workflows and processes.

Your profile

• A basic technical education, ideally in mechanics, assembly or a related profession
• Experience in manual production and assembly
• Craftsmanship, technical understanding and a strong practical aptitude
• A careful, structured and quality-conscious working style, team spirit, flexibility and organisational talent
• Enjoyment of varied tasks and willingness to pitch in yourself
• High social competence and enjoyment of working with people with assistance needs
