WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE
- Digitalization Consulting: You advise on the digitalization of customer service processes, embedded in a holistic customer experience.
- Solution Design: You design solutions and implement them based on MS Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Process Automation: You automate service processes through the use and configuration of AI and chatbots.
- System Integration: You integrate call center or telephony solutions into MS Dynamics Customer Service.
- Workshops and Training: You conduct workshops and training sessions with our customers.
- Project Management: You take on project and sub-project management.
- Presales Support: To promote our sales and business development, you support acquisition and presales activities. You actively work on building a network with the customer and are able to generate leads.
HOW YOU WILL SUCCEED
- Experience: You have at least five years of experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects with good knowledge in customizing MS Dynamics Customer Service (including Power Virtual Agent, Customer Voice, and Teams Voice).
- Service KPIs: Common service KPIs are familiar to you.
- Requirements Gathering: You have good knowledge in requirements gathering.
- Marketing Automation: Initial experience with marketing automation or a strong interest in it.
- Agile Projects: You have experience in agile projects.
- Certifications: You have successfully completed a certification as a Certified Project Manager (IPMA® Level C), PMP, or Hermes Advanced, or you are willing to complete one.
- Language Skills: Very good German and good English skills.
