IT Support & Workplace Engineer (80%-100%)
Workplace: Brig, partial remote work possible
Start date: Immediately or by arrangement
Your tasks
- Support and further development of our M365 and Intune environment (approx. 200 employees).
- Provision and maintenance of laptops and mobile devices.
- 1st and 2nd level support for our employees and researchers.
- Participation in the operation and expansion of our Aruba network environment.
- Documentation and continuous improvement of IT processes.
Your profile
- Completed IT training or equivalent experience.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, and client management.
- Experience in user support and laptop provisioning.
- Knowledge in networking (Aruba) is an advantage.
- Independent, reliable, and service-oriented working style.
- Willingness to continue education (e.g., French courses).
