What you bring

• You independently handle complex legal matters within the specialised fields of the Romandie Claims Management Centre (motor vehicles, property damage, liability and personal injury), with a particular focus on liability law and insurance law
• You ensure the monitoring and management of legal proceedings from the initiation of legal action
• You support specialised departments in recourse cases
• You design and deliver internal training sessions
• You collaborate closely with the Claims teams and specialised departments in French-speaking Switzerland as well as in German-speaking Switzerland
• The intended workplace is Givisiez, but it may also be located in Basel

Your profile

• You hold a Swiss university degree in law as well as the Swiss bar certificate
• You have several years of practical professional experience, ideally in the insurance sector and/or within a law firm
• You possess solid knowledge of liability law and insurance law
• You stand out through your negotiation skills, assertiveness, and a solution-oriented approach
• You demonstrate a strong capacity for learning and a high level of commitment
• You have excellent knowledge of French, both spoken and written (imperative), to ensure the follow-up of sites in French-speaking Switzerland, and you also communicate fluently in German (language of communication of the relevant team)
• You are willing to undertake some travel, notably for hearings throughout French-speaking Switzerland as well as to attend team meetings in Basel
