To complement our team at Waldhaus, we are looking for a Front Office Manager starting November 1, 2025, or by arrangement, on a yearly contract.

Your tasks
- Overall responsibility for the department management in the front office including leading and developing a team of 5–6 employees, including trainees
- Planning and controlling the work schedule as well as ensuring smooth operation of all front office processes (check-in/out, billing, group management)
- Personal contact person for guests and professional management of feedback and concerns
- Close cooperation with the reservation department as well as debtor control in cooperation with accounting
- Maintenance of the PMS, administrative tasks such as mailing lists and office material coordination as well as continuous process optimization
Your profile
- Completed training in hotel management or commercial training with relevant hotel experience, especially at the reception; leadership experience in the front office is mandatory
- Experience with Protel-PMS and Hotelkit as well as ideally a trainer course
- Confident appearance, professional and friendly guest service as well as very good German and English skills (additional languages are an advantage)
- Independent, structured working style with organizational talent and enjoyment of administrative tasks
- Loyal, flexible, team-oriented personality with solid expertise, entrepreneurial thinking and high motivation for front office work
