Your responsibilities
- Building relationships with customers and fulfilling demanding customer wishes in sales conversations
- Analyzing customer needs and presenting solutions
- Presenting trends and products, organizing customer events and sales promotions, and creating immersive experiences
- Receiving and processing repairs, returns, and complaints
- Recognizing current developments and trends in retail and integrating them into daily work
- Performing tasks in operational and inventory management processes using our IT systems
- Communicating across various channels
- Working in different teams

Your profile
- You enjoy approaching people, even those you don’t know yet, and thanks to your winning manner, you manage to convince others
- Many could learn from your sense of trends
- You have completed lower secondary education (school with extended requirements) and have good grades
- You can communicate in a foreign language
- You have passed the Multicheck for retail specialists with an overall result of "sufficient"
- You are willing to work on Saturdays and evenings
