Your tasks in detail
- Leading and promoting your team in professional and personnel matters
- Deputizing for the branch manager
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction as well as monitoring & compliance with our quality standards
- Independent management of an exciting property portfolio, if necessary including commercial properties
- Representing the ownership towards tenants, authorities, and craftsmen
- Advising ownership on legal and structural matters, maintaining owner contacts
Your profile
- A commercial qualification with a specialist certificate in property management and several years of frontline experience in management is mandatory
- Experience in commercial property management is an advantage
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, French skills are a must
- You are aware of the importance of your leadership role and naturally embody reliability, commitment, and clarity
- You use your leadership skills with conviction and personally shape the successful further development of Privera, therefore leadership experience is desired
