Dipl. Nurse HF or Health Specialist as a Vocational Trainer

The Stiftung Wohnen im Alter, based in Hinwil, offers space for 90 care-dependent and elderly people. In four departments, spread over two houses, as well as 29 senior apartments partly with services, we engage ourselves daily with one goal: that the residents feel at home and secure. 

For our nursing home in Hinwil, we are looking for a committed and ambitious person from July 2025 or by arrangement as

Dipl. Nurse HF or Health Specialist 80 - 100% as a Vocational Trainer

who gladly takes responsibility and wants to actively help shape.

Your field of activity

• Taking over basic and treatment care as well as caring for the residents according to their will and biographies
• Accompanying trainees in everyday nursing as well as in the learning workshop in the role of VT
• Further development of education together with the person responsible for education and other vocational trainers
• Design and implementation of the nursing process within the framework of the key person concept
• Support of tertiary nursing professionals in care in complex situations
• Professional support, advice, and accompaniment within the team
• Implementation of the nursing process as well as documentation of care using Care Coach
• Performance recording with RAI

Your profile

• Completed training as a dipl. Nurse HF or
• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
• Enjoyment in training learners, preferably with VT course and experience
• Professional experience in long-term care and/or acute care
• Open and innovative personality with pronounced social skills
• Enjoyment in dealing with elderly people
• Initiative, independence, reliability
• RAI and Care Coach knowledge desired
• Very good communication skills in German language and writing
