Your Tasks

You support the branch management in implementing the corporate strategy as well as achieving budget and cost targets
You ensure an attractive product presentation, optimal processes, and a positive shopping experience
You are jointly responsible for leading and further developing the team
You inspire our customers with your expertise and personal commitment
You ensure that daily processes run smoothly and our high hygiene and quality standards are maintained
You monitor stock levels and ensure that there is always enough merchandise available

Your Profile

You ideally have completed training in retail with a focus on food
Experience in leading employees and further developing teams is desirable
You understand economic contexts and act entrepreneurially
You love direct customer contact and sell with enthusiasm
Even in high frequency, you keep a cool head and maintain an overview
You are proficient in MS Office and ideally have experience with SAP R/3
