• Disciplinary and professional leadership of up to 12 employees, as well as their further development within their areas of responsibility
• Continuous improvement of work processes and methods within IBS at the Frauenfeld site
• Responsibility for task planning with a focus on quality, deadlines, and costs
• Identification and correction of errors, participation in problem-solving and staff planning
• Ensuring the proper repair and recommissioning of rail vehicles
• Assistance in monitoring compliance with quality standards and documentation

• Technical training in electrical engineering, automation, or mechatronics
• Experience in commissioning, vehicle testing, or plant construction is an advantage
• Organizational skills as well as a structured and independent way of working
• Strong communication skills in German and English (at least level B2)
• Open to travel activities
