Front Office Agent (m/f/d), Summer Season, June-September 2026
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure exceptional service and embody our values: authenticity, precision, and attention to detail
- Contribute to a passionate and dedicated team to create unforgettable experiences for our guests
- Responsible for smooth operations in your area and adherence to the highest quality standards
- Warm and professional reception of our guests
- Perform all common front desk tasks such as check-in/out with PMS Protel
- Rooming of all arriving guests
- Compliance with hotel-specific standards and quality management
- Support the reservations department
- Guest care
- Operation of the telephone switchboard
- Handling any guest complaints
- General administrative tasks
Your Profile
- Passion for luxury hospitality and the ambition to deliver top performance in all areas
- Completed training/studies in hospitality or equivalent education
- Initial experience in 5-star hospitality
- Enjoyment in dealing with guests
- Complete discretion
- Organized and careful work
- Reliability, sense of responsibility
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a warm, authentic, and professional demeanor
- Very good English skills as the company language
- Additional German and/or French skills are highly desirable; any other language is a clear advantage
- Enjoy working in a dynamic, demanding environment
