About the job
Since its opening in autumn 2019, "zum Acher" has established itself as a traditional restaurant with a stylish ambiance in Schwyz. With its beautiful dining room, large sun terrace, and well-equipped multipurpose room for events up to 100 people, our public restaurant is the meeting point and the center of the "village quarter for all generations" of the Acherhof Foundation.
From mid-August 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for a friendly and customer-oriented personality as
Restaurant Specialist
With warm hospitality, you are responsible for the well-being of our guests. You work closely with the kitchen and ensure a smooth service process. In addition, you support our banquets and events.
You bring with you:
- completed training in gastronomy with professional experience
- reliable, committed personality with a structured way of working
- good communication skills and strong social competence
- fluent in Swiss German or German
- willingness to work weekends/public holidays and evening shifts, flexibly schedulable
- a radiant smile for us and our guests
