We are looking for you for our HR team immediately or by arrangement as

HR Business Partner (70-80%)

To further develop our HR work, we are looking for a committed, empathetic, and professionally skilled personality as an HR Business Partner who competently supports managers and actively contributes to shaping a appreciative work culture.

• You advise and support our employees & managers throughout the entire employee life cycle in collaboration with another HR Business Partner
• You act as a sparring partner for our managers on personnel, labor law, and organizational issues
• You take on a shaping role in establishing the HR Business Partner model
• You are responsible for the recruitments of your business area from A to Z (needs assessment, interviews, contract conclusion, etc.)
• You bear the main responsibility for onboarding & offboarding
• You also take on diverse operational tasks such as contract creation, exit confirmations, work certificates, and much more
• Active participation in the digitization of HR processes & HR projects

• You have a solid education in HR, business administration, or a related field - ideally complemented by further training in HR management
• You bring 3 to 5 years of experience in a generalist HR function
• You work structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented and maintain balance in both operational and strategic HR daily work
  
• Understanding of the culture in the health or care sector
