An excellent communicator, you are rigorous, organized, pragmatic, and autonomous. Solution-oriented and positive in character, you have a very good ability to synthesize and analyze, and know how to energize collaboration between teams.
With a background in engineering, quality, mechanics, or generalist training, you have 1 to 5 years of experience in similar positions in problem-solving and quality, on demanding projects in watchmaking (movement, caliber, etc.), aeronautics, space, automotive, biomedical, etc. You master quality tools such as FMEA, 8D, 5W1H, QRQC, Ishikawa diagrams, SPC, Taguchi, etc., as well as functional analysis. You are also comfortable with quality control and know how to find the right balance to improve industrial performance and reduce the cost of non-quality (CONQ). You are pragmatic and agile!
