Merbag Immobilien employs a team of around 30 people and is looking immediately or by arrangement for an initiative and motivated person as Assistant Property Management 80-100% (m/f).

Your tasks

• Support of the property manager in the administrative and technical management of a portfolio of investment properties on the owner side
• Independent handling of administrative tasks such as contract and mutation management, file management etc.
• Preparation of rental contracts and amendments, obtaining information, telephone traffic and correspondence with tenants, craftsmen, caretakers and owners
• Issuing, coordinating and monitoring of craftsmen orders
• Checking, coding, processing and recharging of creditor invoices
• Organisation and execution of viewings, inspections and handovers of residential and commercial properties
• Assistance in the preparation of heating and ancillary cost statements

Your profile

• Completed commercial basic training
• At least 5 years of professional experience in property management
• You hold a category B driving licence.
• German language skills in spoken and written form as well as good oral English skills
• High degree of independence, flexibility, ability to work in a team and resilience
• Precise, efficient and responsible way of working
• Enjoyment in dealing with people, competent and professional appearance
