What makes your work particularly attractive
In this role, you work in our "planning office", which ensures the consultation, coordination, and scheduling of the entire therapy program "Model Human and Addiction". Together with a small team, you independently or in collaboration with patients and therapists plan participation in the therapy modules and schedule the corresponding appointments in the clinic information system. You manage the appointments administratively and ensure that patients have current and complete therapy plans. After careful training, you take on an advisory role towards patients and inform them about the content and structure of the therapy program. In addition, you check performance and attendance data and ensure complete and timely performance reporting.

You are enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in psychology or social sciences. As a committed, communicative, and service-oriented employee, you take on responsible tasks, enjoy working independently, and bring curiosity and initiative. You appreciate contact with patients and colleagues and quickly familiarize yourself with organizational processes. Constructive, interprofessional collaboration is a matter of course for you. In addition to a strong IT affinity, you have a clear flair for coordination and organization.
