WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE:
- Overall responsibility for civil engineering, nature, and environment
- Collaboration with specialist planners
- Concept and strategic planning for roads, rural roads, utilities, flowing waters, and biodiversity
- Professional leadership and further development of the workshop
- Organization of deployment planning, machinery park, disposal site, and processes
- Project management from idea to implementation
- Planning and controlling budget, costs, and resources
- Leadership, development, and coordination of employees
- Collaboration with external partners and planners
- Operational deployments in the workshop, maintenance, environmental measures, and controls
- On-call and emergency services are included
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Craft or technical basic training, e.g., civil engineering, road construction, environment, horticulture, mechanics
- Experience in professional leadership and team management
- Practical experience in civil engineering, workshop operation, disposal, or environmental projects
- Confidence in handling projects, costs, and budgets
- Decisiveness, sense of responsibility, and overview
- Enjoyment of environment, infrastructure, and functioning processes
- Driver's license category B, ideally C or CE
- Basic IT knowledge for planning, controlling, and organization
