The Adelheid Clinic with 140 beds stands as the leading rehabilitation center in Central Switzerland for the highest quality in patient care. The range of services includes inpatient rehabilitation for musculoskeletal, neurological, internal-oncological, and geriatric patients. The clinic is located in a stunning location above Lake Ägeri and is a company of the Non-Profit Society Zug.

We are looking for, by arrangement, a

Clerk Personnel 40 - 50%

Logistics

You will ensure the entire personnel administration from entry to exit for around 350 employees together with the team. You assist with the monthly payroll processing and are the application manager for the time recording system PEP. In addition, you take over the deputy role of the Head of Personnel.

Our desired profile

• completed commercial basic training with further education in HR
• professional experience in personnel administration
• good IT user skills (MS Office)
• precise and service-oriented working style
