The beautifully located Hochweid Senior Center in Kilchberg includes a senior and nursing home with space for around 48 residents as well as a nursing group with 10 places for people with dementia. The focus of our work is on palliative care and dementia care. Our center also includes a senior settlement with 53 senior apartments as well as 5 additional senior apartments in the Conradstift at Dorfstrasse 80/82.

• Care and support of the assigned residents
• Independent execution of basic care
• Taking on tasks to support the professionals
• Providing oral and written reports

• Completed SRK nursing course with completed internship in long-term care or two-year training as AGS/ EBA
• Proven professional experience in nursing in an acute or long-term institution
• Precise and efficient working method
• Good physical and mental resilience
• PC user skills
• Very good German skills, at least level B2 (understanding Swiss German)
