About the job
We are a subsidiary of 3A Composites Core Materials and produce innovative specialty foams for the whole world. Here in Sins, you won’t find a sterile Silicon Valley office in a fancy district, but real industry. Yes, it is sometimes dusty and chaotic – but that’s exactly where our best innovations are born. Our three-person IT team is now looking for reinforcement through you, so that you support us in accompanying IT projects all the way to the shop floor. You are our "right hand" at the interface between high-tech visions and real production: a curious mind who untangles complex process paths with us and helps us bring the future (including machine learning and AI) into the hall.

Your playing field with us
- Project Buddy: You are our voice between IT and colleagues in R&D and production. You help us understand the real needs of manufacturing, collect requirements, and present concepts so clearly that even non-IT people keep an overview.
- Fresh Eye for AI: You scan our processes for AI potentials and show us how we can work smarter through machine learning. You coordinate exciting workshops in the process.
- MacGyver Support: Here it gets hands-on. You take care of machine connections and network tasks directly on the shop floor. You ensure that data streams flow reliably into our databases.
- Application Support: You actively support us with software installation, user management, and important documentation.
You bring with you
- Studies: IT-related (computer science, business informatics, or similar) and no longer interested in pure theory deserts.
- AI enthusiasm: You want to establish modern technologies in an environment where practical relevance counts.
- Dust resistance: You have no problem if your laptop gets dirty in production.
- Hands-on: With humor and commitment, you solve IT glitches in the team. Your German skills are secure and English is not a foreign word.
