Under the umbrella of the non-profit and non-commercial Siloah Foundation, the Siloah network consisting of hospital, long-term care, Spitex as well as operational and IT functions with around 1,000 employees forms the competence center for integrated care in old age.
The Siloah Long-Term Care Kühlewil belongs to the Siloah Group. On the Längenbärg, a home is offered for around 130 people in need of care and support and 18 elderly residents with IV in 5 different residential groups. Individual care and professional nursing enable them to live as independently as possible.
At the location in Englisberg on the Längenberg, we are looking for an
Health Specialist for our Wiesenhaus residential group (long-term care) by arrangement
Your tasks
- Ensuring individual and professional care and support taking into account the individual needs of our residents
- Taking over daily responsibility
- Responsibility for the correct management of nursing documentation (Lobos)
- Participating in everyday activity design
- Responsible for the management of medications and nursing materials
- Taking over primary nursing according to the concept
- Guidance/accompaniment of trainees, interns, and employees
Your profile
- Completed training as Health Specialist
- Knowledge of RAI is an advantage
- Ideally further training as MDS coordinator or willingness to complete it
- IT skills
- Good written and spoken German skills
- Independent, responsible, and resilient personality
