Your challenge
- You lead the Corporate Actions team and represent it within the VP Bank Group
- You actively participate in the daily corporate actions business by scheduling and processing mandatory and voluntary corporate actions as well as dividend, interest, and repayment payments
- You continuously review existing processes and implement optimizations
- You work on the development of system optimizations in the core banking software Avaloq
- Project work is also part of your responsibilities
Your profile
- At least 5 years of professional experience in securities, preferably corporate actions
- Higher economic or specialized education is an advantage
- Solid expertise in securities processes and settlement systems
- Leadership experience desired
- Experience with the banking software Avaloq is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of international tax law (withholding taxes on interest and dividend income, double taxation agreements, US tax issues, etc.)
- Experience with process and system optimizations and project work (including regulatory projects)
- Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written. Additional foreign languages complete your profile
