Your Tasks
- Operational leadership of the team including vacation planning and periodic employee discussions within the framework of the MAG
- Continuous development of the team with goal-oriented leadership
- Conducting internal training sessions
- Ordering and distributing consumables
- Active participation and organization as well as coordination of tasks
- Mutual representation with other team leaders from the department
- Accompanying and independently leading smaller projects
- Consistent enforcement and adherence to applicable hygiene guidelines, processes, occupational safety, and quality standards
Your Profile
- Qualified person in housekeeping EFZ
- You enjoy working in a leadership role and already have proven experience in it and can inspire others.
- Excellent service orientation and a balanced, socially competent personality
- High quality awareness
- Structured and independent working style
- Very good German language skills, level C1 (written and spoken), any additional language is an advantage
- Well-groomed appearance and very good manners
- Flexibility, resilience, and absolute reliability are prerequisites
- IT user knowledge (e.g. MS Office, PEP)
