Your Tasks

Operational leadership of the team including vacation planning and periodic employee discussions within the framework of the MAG
Continuous development of the team with goal-oriented leadership
Conducting internal training sessions
Ordering and distributing consumables
Active participation and organization as well as coordination of tasks
Mutual representation with other team leaders from the department
Accompanying and independently leading smaller projects
Consistent enforcement and adherence to applicable hygiene guidelines, processes, occupational safety, and quality standards

Your Profile

Qualified person in housekeeping EFZ
You enjoy working in a leadership role and already have proven experience in it and can inspire others.
Excellent service orientation and a balanced, socially competent personality
High quality awareness
Structured and independent working style
Very good German language skills, level C1 (written and spoken), any additional language is an advantage
Well-groomed appearance and very good manners
Flexibility, resilience, and absolute reliability are prerequisites
IT user knowledge (e.g. MS Office, PEP)
